Idaho Antelope Hunting | Guides, Outfitters & Lodges

Below is a list of every Idaho guide, lodge, and outfitter offering pronghorn antelope hunts. I made this directory (with actual links) to give you the largest source of places to hunt antelope in Idaho. Every outfitter is different. Some spend a lot of money getting a fancy website built, some choose to build their sites themselves. It is important to remember that the look of a website has nothing to do with the quality of the hunt. I encourage you to take a look at each outfitter, pick a few that interest you, and then give them a quick call or E-mail. I hope this resource helps you on your search for a quality Idaho antelope hunt.

Do some "sight-seeing" before you find an Idaho antelope hunt...You're Welcome !!!

Big Lost River Outfitters / Mackay, ID / (208) 390-9570

"Idaho's Premier Adventure Company !!!" Big Lost River Outfitters provides a wide range of exciting hunts, including elk hunts, hunts for mule deer, mountain lion, Big Horn Sheep, moose, bear and of course, pronghorn antelope hunting in Idaho. We offer rifle hunts and bowhunting for antelope. Big Lost River Outfitters is a team of friends joined together by their passion for the outdoors. When we aren’t guiding clients, you will most likely find us together out in the mountains looking for that next trophy big game animal. When you book a trip with us, whether it be a hunting, backpacking, trail riding, fishing, or a photo safari, you can rest assured that you will instantly become one of our friends and be treated as part of our family.

Flying Spear Outfitters / Three Creek, ID / (208) 857-2320

Flying Spear Outfitters and Adventures offers a variety of activities for our guests. However, only a limited amount of Idaho antelope hunting trips are offered each year. We do this to ensure that our game populations increase and the opportunity to harvest a trophy animal increase as well. We offer hunting opportunities for mule deer, antelope, elk, mountain lion, coyote, bobcat, ground hog (rock chuck), and prairie dog, in addition to trout fishing. We also offer trail rides, horse pack trips, cattle drives, and wildlife photography trips. Our accommodations vary depending on your interests. We offer a wall tent camp that includes several wall tents. There is a cook tent, a variety of sleeping tents, and tents for our guides and cooks. This camp has trophy sized trout fishing literally out the back door and is very secluded. For guests that want a horseback experience we offer a camp than is accessible only by pack horse.   If these accommodations are not to your liking we can put you up in our guest house which is located on the ranch property or other options may include a stay at nearby Jackpot, Nevada where you may spend your evening relaxing with casino-style gaming and entertainment.

Juniper Mountain Outfitters / Greenleaf, ID / (208) 454-1322

These Idaho pronghorn hunts will be stalking, posting the watering holes and probably using some decoys. They always prove to be quite interesting. The 5-day hunt cost is $1800 for a 2 on 1-guided trip plus your general license of $141.50 and an antelope tag at $258.50. You could actually go on an antelope hunt for 5 days in Units 40 or 42 and then head up north in Unit 25 or 33 and hunt archery elk or deer if you wanted to have a unique combination hunt. Please call for prices and options. Rifle antelope starts on September 25th with the season not ending until October 24th. This hunt is located in the high mountain desert country of Owyhee County. We have 350 permits for buck antelope and I think your chances of drawing are quite good. The hunts will be with 4-wheel drive pickups, quads and on foot. Killing a buck in the 14-1/2" to 16" range should be quite easy if you are confident shooting at 200 yards. This is open, flat sagebrush country so there will be a lot of glassing and stalking.

Little Lost Outfitters / Howe, ID / (208) 767-3356

Pronghorn antelope make their home on the high desert in this area. Seeing many animals every day is common. This is an economical hunt with the chance at a good buck. Spot and stalk and blind hunting are the methods we use to hunt these unique animals. Archery and rifle antelope hunts are available. Rifle tags are on a draw and archery tags are over the counter.
